Woman Exhale
A non-profit organization with a mission to give women affected by chemotherapy and other cancer related treatments a renewal of beauty, mind and spirit.
The women learn make-up techniques, skincare, nail care and the various options related to hair loss such as wigs, turbans, hats and scarves. Information is offered in group and one-on-one sessions to thoroughly educate on the various side effects of cancer treatments on the skin and hair. Woman Exhale was also developed to help restore dignity and self-esteem as well as to build faith that is sometimes lost during this devastating time of their lives. Woman Exhale provides an atmosphere of ambiance and relaxation allowing each woman to experience the beauty of being pampered and loved the way God intends. Complimentary sessions include a light lunch or breakfast, all taking place at Brows & Faces. The women are able to connect with other women who share in the pain and triumphs of the many stages they encounter in this ordeal.
